1、Isolate the piping that will be worked on and relieve pressure through the sprinkler head. 隔离喷灌管，并通过喷头缓解压力
2、 If necessary, power down the MAXI Leg that work will be performed on. 如果有必要的话，中断在运行的信号线角状物的电源
3、 Carefully dig around the area of the selector to expose the ICM module, the two existing splice kits and at least 8” of the side of the sprinkler body. 小心挖开选择器周围区域以便把ICM组件和两个现有的接线头暴露出来，并露出至少8’’的喷头主体侧面

9、Proper documentation of these addresses is critical for later entry into the database.规范的记录这些地址对以后输入数据库至关重要
10、 If necessary, cut the wire and use the King Strippers to remove approximately 8 – 12” of the outer Maxi Cable jacket. 如果有必要的话，切掉电线并用king剥线钳把外面的信号线护套切除大约8 – 12”
11、 Use the wire strippers to cut off the exposed copper from the incoming wires. Strip approximately 1” of insulation from the wires to expose ‘fresh’ copper for the new splice. 使用剥线钳把从进来的电线暴露出来铜切掉。从电线切除大约1’’绝缘线以便为新的接线头暴露出“新鲜的”铜
12、 If the MAXI Cable has both incoming and outgoing segments at the sprinkler location, use the lineman’s pliers to twist the solid red ICM leads together in a clockwise direction. 如果信号线在喷头位置既有进来的又有出来的部分，使用老虎钳把纯红色的ICM导线顺时针拧在一起
13、Once this is done, carefully twist the stranded wire from the red ICM lead in a clockwise direction around the red MAXI splice. Once twisted together, put a DB Connector onto the 3-wire splice using a clockwise twisting motion. Repeat with the black MAXI wires and black ICM lead. 一旦这个步骤完成之后，小心的把从红色ICM导线出来胶合导线顺时针拧在红色接线头周围。一旦拧到一起，把一个DB接头顺时针与有3个电线的接线头拧到一起。对黑色的信号线和黑色ICM导线重复以上步骤
14、IT IS CRITICAL THAT RED GOES TO RED AND BLACK GOES TO BLACK – SWITCHING THE COLORS WILL PREVENT PROPER OPERATION. 把红色与红色、黑色与黑色拧在一起非常重要—颜色互换将会影响正常运行
15、If the MAXI Cable is a dead end location, use the lineman’s pliers to put a slight bend on the ends of the red and black wires so that the wire nut can “catch” more effectively. Twist the ICM leads around each wire (red to red, black to black) in a clockwise direction. 如果信号线是空端，那么用老虎钳把红色和黑色线的末端稍微弯曲这样接线螺帽能够更加有效地“捕捉”。把ICM导线和每根线拧绕在一起（红色对红色，黑色对黑色）
16、 For both 3-way (cable comes in and out) and 2-way splices (dead end at the sprinkler location), be sure to tug on the DB Connector to ensure that the splice is properly captured in the wire nut. 对于3个方向（电缆进来和出来）和2个方向的接线头（空端在喷头位置），一定要拉到DB连接头上以确保接线头在接线螺帽能合适的被“捕捉到”
17、 Place the DB Connectors under the selector assembly with the closed end facing up. Do not tape to the case or tape the cables together. 把DB连接头放在选择器下面安装，闭端面朝上。不要用胶带把或则用胶带把电缆线绑在一起
18、 Backfill the hole, taking care not to apply excessive pressure to the ICM assembly, and replace the sod. 回填挖的坑，要小心不要对ICM配件施加过度的压力，并更换草皮
19、 Deposit the old assembly (core tube, plunger, plunger spring) into the discard container for disposal. 把以前的部件（芯管，柱塞，柱塞弹簧）放入垃圾箱处理
20、 It is recommended that initially backfilling occur every dozen or so rotors after addresses have been entered into the database and operation of the rotors has been confirmed. Backfilling can occur more frequently once a confidence level has been established with the installation procedures. 建议每大约12个电磁头的地址输入数据库并且测试后才开始回填。一旦按照施工规范安装了，回填就是导致频繁安装的因素。
21、 Re-pressurize the line after installing all units on each self-contained section of pipe. If a rotor comes on or begins to weep when the water pressure is re-established, isolate the line and repeat the rework procedure to the point of removing the IC Module, taking the same care to keep the area clean, to make sure the plunger and the O-ring seal are properly installed. Remove the plunger/spring assembly and rinse with water and use the spray bottle to clean out the plunger receptacle on the IC Module 在安装好一条支管的电磁头后，给这条支管通水。施压后如果有喷头芯起来或开始渗水，关掉这条支管阀门并重复更换ICM这一步工作，同样要注意保持这个部位清洁，确保活塞和密封圈正确安装。拆掉活塞/弹簧组并用水洗干净，并且用喷药瓶把ICM喷干净。
