比赛规则 ·本次比赛将遵循R&A规则有限公司所公布的2012版《高尔夫球规则》，以及由赛事委员会所制定之当地规则。 赛制 ·安妮卡·观澜湖青少年女子邀请赛将通过3轮54洞比杆赛决定最终的优胜者。 ·本赛事不设晋级线。 ·总冠军将奖励给3轮后总杆数最低的球手，不限年龄。 ·总杆前3名可获得在美国举办的安妮卡青少年女子邀请赛的参赛资格。 ·总冠军将获邀参加2014年世界女子锦标赛（女子欧巡赛）。 ·其他的奖项将会分别奖励给两个年龄组别中的冠军、亚军和季军球手，组别将按球员在以下的年龄划分： 女子16-18岁组别（1995年8月23日后 - 1997年8月23日或之前出生） 女子12-15岁组别（1998年8月23日后 - 2001年8月23日或之前出生） ·如经过3轮比赛后角逐总冠军出现平手，将紧接最后一轮决赛进行骤死赛来决定最后的总冠军得主。 ·如在3轮角逐任一组别冠军时出现平手（争夺总冠军的情况除外）时， 胜负将由记分卡倒计数决定。即由最后18洞、最后9洞、最后6洞、最后3洞乃至第18洞，直至胜者产生为止。如果这样仍不能决出胜者，则将以抽签形式决定。 ·如果委员会认为球场为不能打球状态或其状况无法保证打球正常进行时，可宣布任一轮或几轮比赛无效。 打球速度 ·规则6-7注释2将被严格执行，每一组球手必须保持紧跟前一组的位置，若一组球手与前一组拉开了一个洞的距离，将被视为“落后”。罚杆将施加于导致该组落后的球手，处罚之前球手将可能未接到警告。 两洞之间的练习（规则 7注释2） ·球员不得在刚刚打完之洞的球洞区上或其附近进行任何练习击球，如果在刚打完之洞的球洞区上或其附近进行了练习击球，球员将受到在下一洞加罚两杆的处罚，如果是在该轮的最后一洞，则处罚施与最后一洞。 注释：该条件同时禁止在刚打完之洞的球洞区上滚动球 观众 ·因安妮卡球场坡度较大，且8月正值雨季期间，比赛期间将不允许观众下场观赛。 球场交通 ·在比赛期间，球手和球僮在规定的一轮可以使用电动球车：球手只能在洞与洞之间乘坐球车，在一洞的打球过程中必须步行；球僮在一洞的打球过程中可以使用球车。 球场安全 ·规则6-8b：当比赛由于危险的情况（如闪电）被暂停时，若球手正在两洞之间，他不可以继续进行比赛，直至赛事组委会恢复比赛；若球手正在一洞的打球过程中，他也必须立即停止比赛，直至赛事组委会恢复比赛。 违反的处罚：取消比赛资格 ·暂时/恢复比赛的信号如下： 立即暂停比赛： 汽笛一声长鸣，并重复 暂停比赛：汽笛三声短鸣，并重复 恢复比赛：汽笛二声短鸣，并重复 距离测量工具（DMD） ·在比赛过程中，球手可以使用测距仪以及任何距离测量工具测量距离。如果所使用的距离测量工具包括了其它可能帮助球手打球的测量功能（如坡度、风速等），无论球手是否实际使用了该功能，该测量工具违反了规则14-3，球手将受到取消比赛资格的处罚。 比赛结果——比赛结束 ·当最终比赛结果在正式的公告栏上贴出后，视为比赛结果已正式公布。 注：在中文当地规则和比赛条件出现争议时，以英文版为准。 CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION Rules of play ·The ANNIKA Invitational at Mission Hills shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as adopted by The R&A and such Local Rules as shall be approved by the Committee. Format ·Winners of ANNIKA Invitational at Mission Hills shall be decided by stroke-play over three rounds; ·No cut will take place; ·The Annika Invitational at Mission Hills Overall Winner will be presented to the lowest gross score after three rounds, regardless of age; ·The top 3 players will win entry into the next ANNIKA Invitational in US; ·The overall champion will be invited to play in a Ladies European Tour tournament, World Ladies Championship, in 2014; ·Other Awards will be presented to the top three of each age-categories, allocated according to the competitor’s age: Girls under 18 (born after August 23, 1995 - on or before August 23, 1997) Girls under 15 (born after August 23, 1998 - on or before August 23, 2001) ·In the event of a tie after three rounds for the champion of Annika Invitational at Mission Hills, a sudden-death play-off will take place immediately after the final round to decide the winner; ·In the event of a tie after three rounds for any age-category, unless it is for the champion of Annika Invitational at Mission Hills, a count-back will decide the winner – based on the last 18 holes, then the last nine holes, then the last six holes, then the last three holes and then the last hole of the final round. If this still does not produce a result, the winner shall be decided by lot; ·The Committee may cancel any round or rounds if they consider that the course is not in a playable condition or that there are circumstances that render the proper playing of the game impossible. Pace of Play Note 2 of Rule 6-7 will be strictly enforced. Each group must maintain its position on the course with respect to the group preceding it. Any group with a clear hole in front of it will be considered out of position. Penalties will be issued to individuals in such groups who by their pace contribute to such delay. Warnings may not be issued prior to penalties. Practice between Holes (Note 2 to Rules 7) ·Between the play of two holes, a player must not make any practice stroke on or near the putting green of the hole last played and must not test the surface of the putting green of the hole last played by rolling a ball. N.B: This prohibition includes rolling a ball on the putting green of the hole last played. Supported by: Sponsored by: Spectators ·During the competition, all the audience will be not allowed to watch the game due to the Annika Course slope and in case the rainy weather. Transportation ·Carts are allowed during a stipulated round. A player can only use buggy between holes, and must walk during play of a hole. Caddie can ride a buggy during player’s play of hole. Safety on the Course Note to Rule 6-8b: When play is suspended for a dangerous situation, e.g. lightning, if the competitors in a group are between two holes they shall not resume play until the Committee has ordered a resumption of play. If they are in the process of playing a hole they shall discontinue play immediately and shall not thereafter resume until the Committee has ordered a resumption of play; Penalty: Disqualification; The following signals will be used: Discontinue play immediately: One prolonged blast Discontinue play: Three consecutive blasts Resume play: Two short blasts Distance-Measuring Devices (DMD) ·During play, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g. gradient, wind-speed etc), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional function is actually used. Result of the Competition – Competition Closed ·When the final results sheet is placed on the official notice board, the result of the Competition is deemed to have been officially announced.
